This 3 Days Tour From Marrakech To Merzouga is one of the most popular ways to discover the beauty of southern Morocco and the magic of the Sahara Desert. The journey begins by crossing the spectacular High Atlas Mountains via the famous Tizi n’Tichka pass, which offers breathtaking panoramic views and authentic Berber villages along the way.

During the excursion, you will discover historic kasbahs, including Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, explore the picturesque Dades Valley and the Valley of Roses, and admire the spectacular rock formations of the Todra Gorge. As the landscape gradually transforms from mountains to desert, you will finally arrive at the golden dunes of Merzouga.

A camel trek across the Erg Chebbi dunes at sunset is one of the highlights of the trip, followed by a magical night in a desert camp with traditional Berber music under the stars. On the last day, enjoy a peaceful sunrise in the desert before returning to Marrakech through Morocco’s stunning desert landscapes.

Itinerary

Day 1:Ouarzazate - Todra Gorges - Merzouga Dromedary Excursion And Overnight In Desert Camp

In the morning we start our 2 Days Tour From Ouarzazate To Merzouga through the Dades Gorges and Todra Gorges Tinghir by track to cross the oasis of Skoura (Kasbahs and palm trees), then by road through the Valley of the Roses and the Dades Valley (road of the thousand Kasbahs) arrival to the Todra Gorges, after lunch we will start our way to Erfoud (the capital of fossils in Morocco), then to Merzouga to reach the dunes after relaxing a few minutes and take a ride on dromedaries enjoying a beautiful magical sunset over the dunes of Erg Chebbi, the camp located in the desert. Dinner and overnight in La jaima (nomad tent). and drum party after dinner.

Day 2:MERZOUGA - RISSANI - TAZARINE - AGDEZ - OUARZAZATE

Early morning you will see the sunrise on the sand dunes and back on dromedaries to the hotel ,After breakfast and shower, departure through the Draa Valley via Tazarine, lunch N’Kob (small Berber village) and continued to join the track to Agdez (old caravan road of the Draa Valley) in the middle of palm trees and its kasbah, then back to Ouarzazate.
